Worst Burglar Ever

Airforcing, of course i know. America is not exactly a country that is not known to the world. Why is america considered to be the most stupid people in the world? I do feel the pain it must be to be called that even if i am not a american, but you do start to wonder when a burglar like this case can win a lawsuit even if it is clearly shown that he breaks alot of laws.
